If you love coffee and don’t know what to do with the grounds left behind in your filter, we have the perfect solution for you. It turns out that coffee is for more than just an energy boost, it makes for a wonderful body scrub as well!

Coffee grounds have a myriad of benefits for the skin when used in a scrub, for example, it may help to reduce inflammation, improve blood circulation, reduce the appearance of cellulite, and the antioxidants which are present in coffee can help rejuvenate your skin to give it a youthful glow. Place all ingredients into a glass jar and mix them together thoroughly with a spoon.

Keep it refrigerated to make it last longer.

How to use it:

Apply it to damp skin and scrub in circular motions, then rinse.

Why add essential oil?
