Ingredients:
3 Celery Stalks
3 Apples
3 Oranges
1 Cucumber
1 cup Swiss Chard (Spinach)
1 cup Kale
1 Lemon
Method:
Wash and prepare all ingredients. Juice in a slow juicer.
This recipe makes about 3 glasses of green goodness juice. Additional ingredients such as Ginger, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Broccoli can be added or substituted.
Great for alkalizing the body and providing live nutrients.
