Kids will love this yummy refined-sugar-free shortbread. The recipe is super easy and quick. Perfect as a coffee snack or to pack in lunch boxes.

Super Simple Shortbread

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups sStoneground White Flour

3/4 cups butter

1/3 cup Xylitol

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together to form a stiff dough.

Press dough into a baking tray.

Prick the top with a fork.

Bake until golden brown on the edges.

Cool and cut into squares.
