Directions to use: To sprout rinse 2 tablespoons of Alfalfa seeds and drain. No need to soak overnight. Rinse and drain twice daily for 3-4 days, keeping sprouts in a warm, dark place. On the last day leave on window sill to develop Chlorophyl. Rinse off the hulls, drain and refrigerate in a air tight container.
