Freshly harvested Organic Curly Kale from Natures Heritage family farm. Kale is a popular leafy green vegetable with versatile use in raw and vegan lifestyles, as well as any healthy living plans. It is considered a “nutrients powerhouse” due to its high content of antioxidants, vitamin A and C, vitamin K, Iron, and Calcium. Kale makes a delicious ingredient in salads, soups and stews, savoury muffins, omelettes, frittatas, quiches, and even juices and smoothies.
